Janae Bower is an inspirational teacher and business consultant.

She is the award-winning author of The Little Girl Who Found IT: A Story of Heart and Hope – first in a series of books.

As founder of InnerConnections, a training and consulting company, she partners with organizations and individuals to offer customized, affordable solutions that achieve measurable results.

She has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas and is adjunct faculty at other local universities. Her work has been presented nationally and featured locally on TV
