Approach:
Provide comprehensive consulting services that diagnose the root
causes of your performance issues/gaps and then implement the appropriate solutions.
Accomplishments:
Assessed the needs for a large customer service department and created a “Road to Results” strategy that included training programs, team awareness sessions and an action learning process. Implemented and measured the strategy, increasing accountability throughout the department.
Partnered with a large nonprofit to conduct a yearlong audit including
assessing the culture
and identifying strategic plans. Developed measurement tools, surveyed
membership, and
analyzed results showing enhanced commitment, satisfaction, and
morale.
Redesigned
training processes and programs for a Malcolm Baldrige award-winning
firm and retail store that resulted in increased
productivity and development of best-practices standards.
Teach certification courses in Human Performance Improvement at
the University of
Minnesota's Continuing Education Department
